Job summary

Kansas Behavior Supports seeks compassionate individuals to join our ABA team delivering in-home and community-based services to children with autism. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours and paid training, with same-day pay option to access funds after clocking in.

No prior experience required; we provide full training. You will work with families, record session data, and collaborate with the clinical team to support skill-building and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience and empathy when interacting with families and children.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Coordinate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
