Job summary
A leading ABA therapy provider in Georgia seeks Program Supervisors to deliver evidence-based care to children with autism. Candidates will mentor Behavior Therapists, collaborate on program developments, and engage families within various community settings. A Bachelor’s degree is required along with experience in ABA principles and working with children. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary as commuting to client locations is part of the role. A $2000 sign-on bonus is available, plus competitive hourly pay rates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS required). Seeking RBT certification or applicable state ABA license.
Minimum 2 years working with children using ABA principles.
Reliable vehicle for commuting to client locations.
Responsibilities
Deliver play-based ABA therapy to support children with autism.
Train and mentor Behavior Therapists and caregivers.
Collaborate with BCBA on assessments and treatment planning.
