Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Pursuing BCBA certification.
• 2+ years of ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs to implement and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and support data-driven treatment modifications.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 4–6 Behavior Technicians.
