Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT) Supervisor
Job Type: Part-time, full-time
Location: various cities in Contra Costa County
Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Work Setting: Travel (in-home hours and some telehealth)
Schedule: M-F preferred, open availability from 8AM - 8PM PST and/or weekends. Afternoon and evening availability is a must.
The ABA Supervisor position is an opportunity for a qualified professional with the necessary training, education, and experience to serve as a Qualified Autism Service Professional (QASP). In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and oversee the implementation of ABA programs by Behavior Technicians. You will also be responsible for developing and executing individualized Treatment Plans under the guidance of a BCBA, Licensed Individual, or Clinical Director. You will ensure that interventions are evidence-based and tailored to each client’s unique needs, with expertise in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities—including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and other delays.
