Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program completing 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees in their professional development.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
