Qualifications

• Active state licensure as per local requirements.
• 1000 field work hours with 1 year of experience in ABA.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling and staffing needs.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees' development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards.
