Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager in Everett, Washington to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role requires strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership, ensuring high performance standards while supporting team development.

Ideal candidates must hold an active state licensure and possess a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in ABA. This position offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours, and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program.
• Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for organizational efficiency.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance.
• Manage scheduling and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards.
