Qualifications

• 1,000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program with at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience requirement as per local regulations.

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
