Qualifications

• Active state licensure as per local regulations.
• 1000 field work hours and one year of relevant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Graduated from a recognized bachelor’s degree program.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Completion of supervised experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery.
• Coordinate with teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance.
• Manage scheduling and support staffing needs.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Monitor and support the professional development of supervisees.
