Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time (E Sign, post-hire forms, compliance).
• Monitor and mentor supervisees for professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
