This role involves ensuring the continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of teams while maintaining compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure meeting local regulatory requirements.
• One year of experience in a supervisory ABA role.
• Ability to design and provide oversight for behavior modification services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling and support staffing needs as required.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor and mentor the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure.
