Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role.
• Must maintain certification or licensure in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and support the professional development of supervisees.
