PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of their teams.

The role requires strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership consistent with PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include maintaining licensure compliance (state licensure and/or BCaBA certification), coordinating with regional teams, mentoring supervisees, and ensuring documentation and ethics

• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
