Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Active state licensure or BCaBA/BCBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure and certification requirements.

Program Manager Role

Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply!

Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.

Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
