This role requires excellent communication and compliance with operational standards, with responsibilities ranging from managing client services to mentoring supervisees, all within a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
