Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Shirley, NY is seeking compassionate aides to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Part-time positions with paid training and flexible afternoon/evening hours. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.

You will join a dedicated team helping children with Autism reach their full potential, while gaining valuable clinical experience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
