Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a part-time RBT/Child Interventionist to support children with autism in home and school settings in the Austin area. You will apply ABA techniques to teach communication, play, and daily living skills, under supervision.

The role emphasizes a warm, energetic, and customer-focused approach. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow toward BCBA certification; compensation is $20.00–$25.00/hour and part-time hours offer work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• RBT certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet) required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the child and family in their natural environment (home, school, centers) to teach communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills.
• Make sessions engaging through play-based activities and provide training to staff to build confidence in ABA techniques.
• Support families and children with a warm, outgoing and energetic presence.
