This part-time role offers paid training, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and a clear path into psychology and therapeutic care. No prior experience is required; we provide ongoing supervision and support to help you grow with our devoted team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be willing to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6-month commitment; no prior experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Support skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using digital tools.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment outcomes.
