Job summary

I Am Boundless is seeking a Day Support Professional in Worthington, Ohio, to implement behavioral health and educational services using Applied Behavior Analysis principles. This role involves direct support for individuals with autism and related disorders in both one-on-one and small group settings.

The ideal candidate will have a background in behavioral health and provide critical support to enhance coping mechanisms and independence in clients. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required, along with the ability to function independently and cooperatively with clients and families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, human services, or mental health field required.
• 1-2 years of experience working directly with children and families preferred.
• Must be able to work with ill, disabled, and emotionally upset clients.

Responsibilities

• Implements behavioral health treatment and crisis interventions.
• Delivers instruction and assessments following initial training.
• Transports clients as needed and operates Boundless vehicles.
