Job summary

BDA is hiring Clinical Associates (Behavioral Health Professionals) in Central Maine, including Skowhegan, Waterville, and surrounding towns. No ABA experience required; we provide training and help you obtain your RBT certification.

Role involves delivering ABA services in schools, homes, and community settings, under BCBA supervision, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and opportunities for growth and leadership within a supportive, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid ID are required.
• Ed Tech I Certification is required.
• Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions).
• Passion for helping others learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community)
• Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
• Assist with assessments and data collection
• Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches
