Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Minneapolis is seeking a Level 1 Provider to support the delivery of high-quality ABA services. This role involves direct clinical service delivery, mentoring new hires, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be a Registered Behavior Technician with at least 6 months of experience and strong skills in communication and collaboration. This position requires the ability to provide 1:1 therapy to patients and participate in team training efforts.

Qualifications

• Meets Minnesota EIDBI Level 1 Provider requirements.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Active RBT credential in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 4 hours per day of direct therapy to patients.
• Serve as the mentor for all new hires during their first 30 days.
• Assist with assessments and intakes.
