Job summary

Autism 360 in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Director of Learner Services (BCBA) to lead clinical quality and ABA programming at our University Area clinic. This full-time, in-person role offers a defined caseload and protected supervision time to advance mentorship and program development.

You will guide RBT supervision, treatment planning, and compliance with Medicaid/state regulations, while building strong family partnerships and a collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Licensed in North Carolina or willing to obtain licensure.
• Experience leading teams and supervising clinicians preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to data-driven ABA practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality, treatment outcomes, and ABA programming for your caseload.
• Provide a minimum of 25 supervision hours per week.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid/state regulations for service codes.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach RBTs to support ethical ABA delivery.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Build collaborative relationships with families and support learners’ care.
• Set supervision standards, documentation expectations, and best practices.
• Partner with clinic operations on staffing, onboarding, and team support.
• Foster a positive, accountable clinic culture and leadership growth.
• Mentor future clinical leaders through feedback and development.
