CBSupports is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

No prior experience is required, and positions start part-time with flexible scheduling to accommodate students. The role emphasizes teamwork with families and clinicians to improve treatment outcomes and client progress.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• All positions start off part-time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
