Job summary

Heartland Behavior in the United States is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings. You will use evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, working as a key member of the clinical team.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided, and candidates who are patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Strong communication and teamwork with families and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
