Job summary

Pacific Autism Learning Services (PALS) is seeking part-time Behavioral Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA-based therapy to young children with autism in Elk Grove. The role includes implementing individualized behavior plans and traveling to client homes as needed.

No experience is required; a comprehensive training program is provided, along with paid training to earn BCAT credential and supervision for BCBA/BCABA candidates. Competitive pay based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must pass DOJ/FBI clearance prior to and during employment.
• Must provide a TB clearance prior to employment and as required during employment.
• Must provide proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella; Varicella; Pertussis; and documentation of physical ability to perform services.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA behavioral therapy to young children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Learn and participate in BCAT credential training and supervision opportunities.
