BK Behavior in Great Bend, Kansas, seeks compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients\' homes or community settings. No prior experience required—paid training is provided, with part-time opportunities and flexible afternoon/evening hours for students.

You will join a dedicated clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and record progress data to support children with Autism and their families. This role offers meaningful entry into psychology and Education fields.

Need To Knows

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
