Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA support to children in home or community settings. This role includes PAID training to become an RBT, with bi-weekly pay and a robust benefits package for eligible team members.

What is an RBT?

What You’ll Be Doing as a Behavior Technician:

• Make a difference: Help children thrive by creating an environment where learning is fun, exciting, and personalized to each child’s unique needs.
• Implement ABA techniques: Use individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support children and their families.
• Collect data and document progress using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with families: Support parents and caregivers in implementing behavior strategies to foster success at home and in the community.

• A deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
• Professional experience with children or individuals with disabilities (e.g., Nanny, Teacher, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, etc.) OR relevant educational background in psychology, sociology, education, or related fields
• A high school diploma or equivalent , and at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (ride-sharing or public transportation are not permitted for this position)
