Heartland ABA in Great Bend, KS is seeking a Behavior Therapist to support children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience required; paid training provided. Positions start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours, ideal for students or education-focused individuals.

You will join a dedicated clinical team to implement ABA plans and support families. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, collect data, collaborate with families, and help create positive learning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
