Job summary

Comprehensive Behavior Supports (CBS) seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior in clients.

You will be part of our clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data, and collaborating with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. No experience required; part-time roles; BK Academy training available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
