Qualifications
18+ years of age.
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Able to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children implementing behavioral plans.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach skills.
Be comfortable with physical movements required for the role.
