Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Patience, compassion, and calmness in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately with electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
