Job summary

CBS is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in New York. No prior experience required; after-school hours during the week with additional weekend hours.

You'll support a clinical team, document session data, and help families. Earn opportunities for BK Academy training, tuition discounts, and a clear path into the ABA field; 6 month commitment encouraged, 40-hour RBT course recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
