BK Healthcare Management is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings in New Jersey. This entry-point role offers flexible after-school hours and a path toward RBT certification through our BK Academy program.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and you’ll join a dedicated team focused on empowering children with Autism and supporting families with evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience and compassion are essential for working with children with autism.
• Reliable transportation to client sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to improve treatment outcomes.
