Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR & BLS certification preferred; training provided.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided.
• Valid driver's license and current car insurance required.
• Working towards a degree in Behavioral Science or related fields is preferred.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy based on treatment plans.
• Implement behavioral interventions and skill-building strategies.
• Teach functional skills and address problem behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on client progress.
• Maintain session records and communicate with team.
• Uphold client confidentiality and demonstrate ABA understanding.
