Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support students in Irvine Unified School District and Orange Unified School District during the current school year. Roles are 1:1 or in general capacity within classrooms, promoting ABA-based behavioral support.

The position runs Monday–Friday, part-time (8am–2pm) with starting pay at $28/hour for active RBT licenses, plus benefits and weekly pay. Ro Health offers 401K matching, PTO, sick days, and career advancement opportunities.

Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs in their efforts to succeed in a school setting? Ro Health is hiring for qualified Registered Behavior Technicians to work within school districts for the current school year!

This role focuses on providing behavioral support in a school setting, specifically implementing principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), with students ranging in grade level from elementary to high school. It is a great benefit if you have previous experience supporting students with special needs and have worked in a 1:1 or 1:multiple capacity.

Our providers are assigned to cases as 1:1 support

• As 1:1 support you would be going to each class with your student to provide behavioral and educational support throughout the day. 1:1 supporters are responsible to ensure their student is on task and working towards their behavioral goals.

Overview

• Location- Irvine Unified School District & Orange Unified School District
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Part Time hours: 8am-2pm *Hours could vary based on school site and term*
• Compensation: Starting at $28/ hour if you hold an active RBT license
