Job summary

Lighthouse ABA in New York City is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings under BCBA supervision. This role directly supports children's growth and communication.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, while maintaining clear communication with families. Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends are available in this part-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ABA therapy or autism experience preferred but not required.

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
