Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients’ homes or community settings in Emporia, KS. No experience required; paid training is provided, with part-time opportunities and same-day pay options.

You will join a caring clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and track progress while maintaining a calm, patient, and compassionate approach to support families and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
