Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. Paid training is provided, no prior experience required.

Part-time roles with flexible afternoon/evening hours help families and support developmental goals. As a member of our clinical team, you will record session data, collaborate with families, and support treatment plans under supervision, while developing skills in behavior analysis and child

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or encouraged.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Must be willing to take the 40 hour RBT course and commit to at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
