Job summary

BACA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, applying ABA therapy to improve communication, confidence and independence. No prior experience required—paid training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
