Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings.
Collect and record data on observable client behavior.
Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress.
Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
Skills
Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
Knowledge of behavior management techniques
Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
