Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings.
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior.
• Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.

Skills

Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities

Knowledge of behavior management techniques
