Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma and experience working with children.
• Bachelor's in psychology, sociology, counseling, or applied behavioral science preferred.
• Must have a registered behavior technician credential or complete necessary training within 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct behavioral therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop programs for 4-8 clients under BCBA supervision.
• Promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
