Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under supervision. The BT works one-on-one with children following individualized plans and supports progress under a BCBA clinician.

Center-based opportunities with flexible schedules, lasting roles, and strong long-term growth potential in a nationwide provider with 20+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
