Job summary

Hope Autism Clinic in Missouri is hiring for an ABA-focused role working with children ages 2–8 in our clinic. You will implement ABA techniques, track progress, and collaborate with a treatment team to achieve communication and learning goals.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, successful background clearance, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to teach children using ABA principles.
• Communicate progress effectively with families/guardians.
• Track session data and support clients to achieve communication and early learning goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.
