Total Spectrum is seeking a Behavior Technician in Wisconsin to work one-on-one with children who have autism, using ABA therapy to build communication, confidence and independence.

No prior experience is required—paid training is provided. You’ll join a collaborative team, track progress, and help families create positive, lasting change through personalized treatment plans and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be able to work with children with autism in ABA therapy.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
