Heartland Behavior seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience required, as paid training is provided and you’ll join a supportive clinical team.

Roles start part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours, offering valuable real-world experience in education and behavioral health while contributing to families and children's progress.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
