Job summary

Mentor Behavioral Health, part of the Sevita family, delivers Early Intervention, ABA, and behavioral health services. A Behavioral Technician will implement behavior management programs and support clients and families in achieving goals.

Responsibilities include building rapport, following treatment plans, data collection, and coordinating with clinical staff. Travel may be required. CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license are preferred or required depending on the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CPR/First Aid certification current where required.
• RBT credential preferred as part of the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains therapeutic rapport with the person served.
• Follow treatment plan goals and interventions with sound judgment.
• Collaborates with family and treatment team to implement behavior management techniques.
• Educate parents/guardians on reinforcement strategies.
• Collect and review data (A-B-C, frequency, duration, etc.) to assess progress.
• Attend clinical meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure documentation is completed timely and accurately.
