Job summary

Possibilities ABA, LLC. is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT in Sioux Falls, SD to implement ABA-based intervention plans, work one-on-one with children, and diligently record session data and progress notes.

Training is provided, including earning your RBT certification; the schedule offers 3-hour shifts within 9:00am–7:00pm, with part-time hours and potential for full-time status as programs expand.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification must be current or willing to obtain within 90 days after hire.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based intervention plans one-on-one with children.
• Prepare for sessions by reviewing materials, notes, and goals.
• Update parents/caregivers with progress notes and session data.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team; participate in ongoing trainings and meetings.
