BK Behavior in Springfield, MO is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with autism using evidence-based ABA interventions. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a minimum six-month commitment.

You will work one-on-one with clients in homes or community settings, record session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans while gaining valuable training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
