Job summary

Heartland ABA in Independence, MO is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, assist with data collection, and collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients and support independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
