Job summary

Divine Steps Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and community settings. You will be trained and supported by a team of clinical supervisors and work under a BCBA-directed treatment plan to help children reach milestones.

This hourly role offers part-time or full-time opportunities with flexible hours, no certification required, and growth potential within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Background screening and clearance
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Well organized, flexible, and responsible

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA Therapy for children in home and community settings.
• Develop rapport with client and family and work with parents to meet goals.
• Follow protocol and implement individualized ABA programs as directed by BCBA.
• Document sessions by recording data and writing notes.
• Communicate with supervisors on case updates and schedule changes
